How to Modify Child Support in Oregon
Oregon requires a 15% or greater change in income to qualify for a modification review. Other qualifying circumstances include:
- Significant change in custody or parenting time
- Child's needs have substantially changed
- Job loss or major income reduction
- Three years have passed since the last order (automatic review period)
